One of the goals of Alamance County Human Resources Association (ACHRA) is to build on the HR profession to ensure our continued contribution to the success of the businesses in our community. We can achieve this goal by conducting HR meetings and delivering presentations on employment related issues that are vital to you, as a leader and decision-maker within your organization.
 
 We represent Human Resource Professionals from Mebane to Elon and Glen Raven to Graham. We invite new members to join us to find out more about who we are and how we connect our HR knowledge to our community in which we live and work.
 
 ACHRA hosts monthly meetings with program speakers offering great knowledge and ideas on what is happening in our HR field. From legal law updates to healthcare reform and a little dash of employee engagement and social media topics, we have something for everyone.
 
 We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.
 
 We welcome your use of this site as a resource and encourage you to check back frequently for updated information. We also encourage your involvement and suggestions about all of our activities, on the web and off.
